Hoy quería mostrarles un look con esta falda símil cuero. La verdad es que es un poco gruesa para el clima de acá... me imagino looks mucho más interesantes para el invierno con diferentes layers de ropa, medias largas de colores y diferentes texturas... Pero bueno, es nueva y como todo lo que es nuevo, dan ganas de estrenar! Asique esto fue lo mejor que pude hacer para que vaya bien con los días soleados de Orlando.
En realidad, más allá del material en sí... quería mostrar este modelo de falda. Al ser levemente acampanada creo que es un modelo halagador para diferentes cuerpos. El hecho de que sea así de abierta genera la ilusión de que las piernas son más flacas lo cual siempre viene bien, no? al ser tiro alto marca la cintura y arma una silueta súper femenina!
Cuando uso prendas de colores neutros o básicos, trato de levantar el look con algún color más fuerte. Por eso creí que este sobre azul era una perfecta opción.

Hi!
Today i wanted to show an outfit wearing this faux leather skirt. The truth is that it´s a little thick for this weather… I can picture myself wearing it in more interesting ways during winter with different layers, colorful tights and different textures… Anyways, it´s a new skirt and it felt like I had to wear it for the first time! So this is the best I could do for it to match the sunny days here in Orlando.
Actually, despite the fact that this one is faux leather I wanted to feature this type of skirt. Being that its slightly flared I think it’s very flattering for different body types. The flare helps to generate the illusion that the legs are slimmer, which is always good, right? And because it’s high waisted it accentuates the waist creating a very feminine silhouette.
When I use clothes in neutral or basic colors I try to lift the outfit with a pop of color. I thought this blue envelope clutch was the perfect choice for that!
