Buen lunes a tod@s!

No sé ustedes, pero para mí, la semana pasada fue una locura!  Entre el trabajo y BAFWeek  mis días estuvieron súper completos... y para cerrar con broche de oro tuve un casamiento increíble el sábado. Se imaginarán en qué resultó todo esto... Un domingo de pijama 24hs + series.   

Hablando de BAFWeek, fue lindo tener la oportunidad de participar como prensa! A pesar de que tuve poco tiempo para saborearlo y no pude asistir a todos los desfiles, fue una buena experiencia. El miércoles estaré compartiendo fotos + opiniones sobre mi pasada por allí!

Hoy les traigo un look perfecto para estos días de marzo que fusionan lo mejor del clima: cálido pero fresco. Este vestido animal print es una prenda muy camaleónica, que puede usarse de forma casual y urbana como lo ven acá, pero si se combina con unos zapatos más finos y un peinado más formal, puede ser un excelente outfit para una ocasión más especial como un civil o alguna reunión importante. 

¿Qué les parece? Ya incorporaron alguna prenda nueva para la temporada otoño/invierno que se avecina?

Happy monday everyone!

I don´t know about you, but at least to me, last week was craaaazy! Between work and Buenos Aires Fashion Week (BAFWeek) my days were pretty loaded! And for the final touch i went to an amazing wedding. Can you imagine what my sunday looked like? Sleeping in, watching my favorite shows and wearin my PJ´s all day. :)

Talking about BAFWeek, I had the chance to participate as press. Besides the fact that i had very little time to enjoy it, it was still a very nice experience. On wednesday I´ll be sharing my oppinion, and of course some photos! 

Today I´m sharin an outfit that´s perfect for the weather we´re having this time of the year in Buenos Aires... warm + breezy. This leopard print dress is one of those pieces in your closet that you can wear in many different ways. You can dress it down, like i did here with a very casual ensemble, or your can dress it up with a nice pair of heels and a more ellaborate hair do for a more formal look like a wedding or an important meeting.

LIMA RELOADED!

Hola! Cómo los encuentra este jueves? Espero que muy bien! :)

Como comenté en este otro post, una tendencia que me atrapó bastante últimamente es todo aquello de color verde lima. La musculosa de estas fotos la compré hace unos meses y me encantó básicamente porque es suelta y súper liviana, lo cual es óptimo para los días de calor que no dan ganas de tener algo pegado al cuerpo. Lo combiné con esta pollera negra (que también usé acá) porque da la sensación de que es una sola prenda y esa ilusión de vestido me pareció genial. Pero como no me podía conformar con 3 colores, agregué un poco de pop con algunos flashes de rojo y mis flats de leopardo. DONE!

Qué les parece? Qué colores están usando estos días?

PD: vi la película “Hugo” hace unos días y me pareció muy linda! No solo me encantó la historia, sino que me pareció espectacular desde la música, la ambientación, los colores… todo! La súper recomiendo.

PD 2: estuve escuchando mucho el último cd de Coldplay, Mylo Xyloto, también aprovecho para recomendarlo. Si o si, escuchar con auriculares!

Hi everyone! How is this Thursday trating you? I hope very well!

Like I mentioned in this post, one of the trends that got to me lately is anything lime green. I bought this top a few months ago and I fell for it because its loose and very light, which is great for those hot days when you don´t feel like having clothes glued to your body. I paired it with this black skirt (also worn here) because it looks like it’s just one piece of clothing… and that illusion of a dress looked pretty cool! But of course I couldn´t just settle for 3 colors, so I added a little pop with some flashes of red and my leopard flats. DONE!

What do you think? Which colors have you been wearing most lately?

PS: I saw “Hugo” a few days ago and I loved it! Not only I loved the story, but I also think that the music, the scenery and the colors were spectacular… I highly recommend it!

PS 2: lately I’ve been listening Coldplay´s newest album, Mylo Xyloto, a LOT. I also wanted to recommend it! I think it’s very important to use headphones.

Bold Lips & Black Velveteen

En el post de hoy no tengo mucho que contar, asique voy a aprovechar para cumplir con algo que mi fellow blogger Debbie (de debbienoestá checkeen su blog!) me pasó y consiste en contar 7 verdades y elegir 15 personas para que hagan lo mismo (Pay It Forward! Ja)

Acá vamos:

• Soy insoportable con la comida. Cuando era chiquita solo comía arroz y fideos. A raíz de haber trabajado en restaurants creo haber mejorado un poco, pero sigo siendo muy selectiva. Eso sí, todo lo que es DULCE es mi perdición.
• NUNCA veo películas de miedo ni de terror, me parecen poco constructivas y desagradables.
• Atravesé una etapa pseudo punk en la adolescencia. Iba a al colegio con pantalón gris de varón, cinturón de tachas y usaba pins en mi sweater arriba del loguito del colegio. Aún tengo un profundo amor por las tachas y a veces pongo Green Day a todo volumen en el auto y mi pequeña punk revive (adrenalina pura!).
• Estoy en un momento de mi vida que no puedo salir al mundo sin make up. Si o si me tengo que poner ALGO. El glow de las fotos? No es natural guys… Mac Skinfinish, uno de mis productos favoritos!
• Soy muy optimista y creo que no hay imposibles. Con esfuerzo, trabajo, fe y perseverancia se puede conseguir lo que uno quiera! Think outside the box.
• Tengo una cicatriz arriba de la boca que me marcó de por vida. Me mordió un perro cuando tenía 11 años y fue una experiencia poco agradable. Gracias a dios quedé bastante bien y con el tiempo se fue suavizando la marca. A pesar de lo que la mayoría piensa, sigo amando los perros con todo mi corazón, solo me dan miedo los ovejeros alemanes.
• La música es una de mis grandes pasiones… es impresionante todo lo que se puede transmitir a través del sonido. No puedo vivir sin ella!
• Soy pésima copiloto… me da mucho miedo como maneja la gente, por ende soy bastante aburrida como conductora. Pero bueno, supongo que los que inventaron las reglas dirían que soy una conductora aplicada. :)

Ok, for today´s post i haven´t got much to tell, so i´m gonna go ahead and do something that fellow blogger Debbie (from DebbieNoEsta check out her blog!) asked of me. All I have to do is tell 7 truths about myself and choose 15 people to do the same (pay it forward! LOL).

Here we go:

I´m terrible when it comes to food. When I was a little girl all I could eat was rice and pasta. I think I’ve gotten a little better now… given that i´ve worked in restaurants. But I’m still very picky. Now, I do have a weak spot for anything sweet!

I NEVER EVER watch horror or scary movies. I think they´re not constructive and highly unpleasant.

When I was a teenager I went through a slight pseudo-punk phase. I´d wear grey pants (the ones that the boys wore)to school, studded belt and punkie pins on my v-neck uniform sweater. I´m still totally smitten on studs and sometimes i´ll play one of my Green Day cds full blast on my car and have my lil´punk re-surface for a while (pure adrenaline!).

I´m going through a stage in life where I can´t go out to the world without make up. I HAVE to wear at least something. The glow on my pictures? Not natural guys! It´s the magic of Mac´s Skinfinish, one of my favorite products!

I´m very optimistic and I believe nothing is impossible. With hard work, effort, faith and persistence you can achieve what you want! Think outside the box.

I have a scar above my mouth that marked me for life. A dog bit me when I was eleven, it was certainly a very unpleasant experience. Thank God I turned out fine and with time the mark slightly faded. Despite what most people think, I still love dogs… i´m only scared of German Shepherds.

Music is one of my great passions. I think it’s amazing all that can be transmitted through sound.  I can´t live without it!

I´m a terrible co-driver… i´m very scared of how people drive these days, therefore you could say i´m a very boring driver. I guess that those who invented driving rules would say i´m a very decent driver.
