BLUE REMIX

Qué me puse?

Here we go:

Siempre me gustaron...

Gua de Waterfront Make Up
Memi de Coronados de Moda
Anto de Show Me Lights
Mic de My Trendy Journal
Emma y Flor de Giamportones
Debbie de Debbie No Está

A ver si se copan! :)
Buena semana!
Jannu

For today´s post I´m wearing a dress that you´ve already seen here on the blog though styled in a different way. I think it´s very important to learn how to see each garment from various perspectives, creating different looks. Otherwise it´d be easy to get bored and stuck in one  idea.
In the post azul en claroscuro I wore this same dress but in a more casual outfit, perfect for fall. In today´s post I bring you a more summery and free alternative... perfect for a night out in warm Tel Aviv.
How do you feel about this look?

On the other hand, i was awarded by two lovely ladies: Meli from Como Te Pintaste and  Flor from Bella Florencia 15 . In english, the award means "your blog inspires me". Of course i felt super excited to be chosen!

As a part of the award, i have to list 5 weird things about me! I´d like to consider weird as special, so you guys don´t think i´m a freak... OK?
Here we go:

1) I hardly ever watch TV and I can never leave it on at night, otherwise I´ll have nightmares -guaranteed-.
2) I´m a fashion designer, but I live on tour working for a dinosaur exhibition (?).
3) I always have 2 or 3 (if not more) lip products in my bag. My dry lips require constant assistance and re-hydration. I tend to carry 1 lip balm, 1 lipstick and 1 gloss.
4) I´m a big cereal fan. I´ve just always liked them... My current favorites are Special K Fruit & Yogurt, honey nut Cheerios and the Nesquik ones.
5) Everywhere I travel to I take my pillow with me. It´s very thin and made of feathers. I usually lay my head on the very edge of it. I wouldn´t change it for anything!

What did I wear? Dress from H&M, wedges from Payless Shoesource (Panamá), crossbody mini bag from Carpisa, sunnies from Rayban, necklace from a little random store in Panama and earrings from Bilka

Have a great week!
XO

Little Black Dress

Jannine

Qué me puse? vestido y cinturón de H&M, sandalias de Eve Milano, cartera de Bebe y gafas Prada

Hi everyone! How are you?

In  another post I shared with you my quick day visit to Milan. That amazing day couldn´t have finished any other way... shopping! Maria and I did one last stop before returning to Torino: H&M. Those of you who follow my blog already know that I have plenty of clothes from that store. It´s the best place to get all kinds of trendy and classic pieces, without spending a fortune. That day I found this cute LBD (little black dress) and as soon as I tried it on I felt amazing. It´s the perfect dress shape for my body: tight in the top and slightly flared from the waist down. I´ve already mentioned how much I love anything high-waist and how great it can be to cinch the waist to improve and add a finishing touch to an outfit. This little black dress is, in my opinion, the epitome and best example of the ladylike style: feminine and elegant.
A dress like this one is your best friend when you don´t know what to wear, but you know you want to look your best.

Have you got your LBD?

Have an amazing weekend!

Qué me puse? dress and belt from H&M, sandals from Eve Milano, crossbody bag from Bebe and sunnies from Prada

SHALOM: Sheer + fresh!

Shalom a tod@s!

Jannine

Qué me puse? musculosa de Estampa (Panamá), falda de Bilka, camisa de Express, plataformas de BCBG Generation, Carterita Bershka y reloj Swatch

Shalom everyone!
I´m posting from Tel Aviv, Israel, after a few days of absolute disappearance... I´m working such long hours that if I´m extremely lucky I get a chance to be at the computer for 10 minutes. I hope you can forgive my slight absence.   :)
Anyways... despite the fact that i´m very tired and have no spare time at all, fashion is something that i never ignore. So I managed to snatch some pictures!
It´s extremely hot over here... it reminds me of Buenos Aires in the middle of summer. Unbearable humid heat... after walking three blocks you are already thirsty and every step you take feels exhausting. For that reason i try to keep my outfits light. An easy breezy blouse like this one is the perfect item to wear in order to avoid showing too much (especially when going to work) yet remain fresh.

How are you? What do you think about this look?

I hope you are doing great and i wish you a nice week! :)
Jannine

What did I wear? white tank from Estampa (Panamá), gray skirt from Bilka, sheer blouse from Express, plataform sandals from BCBG Generation, white crossbody bag from Bershka and a Swatch watch.

Jannine

Qué me puse? remera y cartera de H&M, shorts de Zara, sandalias de Eve Milano, reloj Swatch y gafas Prada

las flores eran increíbles!
mi amiga María, i´ll miss you!

The very last touristy spot I visited before leaving Torino was the "Venaria Reale". It used to be the palace where the prestigious Savoy family would spend their leisure time and  enjoy hunting. It was built in the mid 17th century and it´s never-ending gardens are a sight to see.
This is what i wore that day! Just like when i got dressed to go spend the day in Milan the most important thing was to be comfortable. I chose a very matchy-matchy mint colored outfit (which some might love and some might hate!) and added the finishing touch with my new sunnies and favorite flat summer sandals.

Do you like this color?

i like pastels because they make my skin look slightly tanned :)

Thanks for stopping by! Jannine

What did I wear? t-shirt and bag from H&M, shorts from Zara, sandals from Eve Milano,a Swatch watch and Prada sunnies
