PENCIL SKIRT + 26

Buen lunes!

Happy Monday!
Today I wanted to share a different kind of outfit with you, using an item that´s becoming more and more popular these days but that´s definitely not new to the fashion scene. I´m taking about none other than the pencil skirt.
I got it while still in Brussels for €7. It´s actually one size too big for me, but I thought it was too good a deal to just let it go. I can always make a few stiches here and there and adapt it to fit me better.
Now, the one thing I believe is important when wearing these type of skirts is to pair them with heels. They don´t need to be sky high, but a tiny bit of it makes a huge difference. Otherwise, your legs end up looking kind of odd. At least that´s the way I see it.
Talking about heels, I´m super excited about the return of pointy shoes! I´ve been seeing them all over the place here in Europe and I love it. They look feminine and add a touch of sophistication to any outfit.
On another note, on saturday it was my birthday! Welcome number 26! I went through my 25´s filled with questions and  deep thoughts about many subjects. I hope that during this new year I can start to answer those questions and find myself at a better place.
Thanks a million to all of you who reached out on facebook and instagram! You´re like my cyber-family! LOL ^_^ A huge virtual hug goes out to you!

Now, how do you feel about pencil skirts?
